Senator Michael Knapik was on the Howie Carr show last night to discuss his attempts to do away with Evacuation Day and Bunker Hill Day. His bill to eliminate the two holidays was heard before the Joint Committee on the Judiciary yesterday.Greeting the Senator on the Committee’s panel were none other than Senator Jack Hart (D-South Boston) and Representative Eugene O’Flaherty (D-Chelsea), both of whom have been outspoken in their opposition to this initiative.
