Senator Knapik on Probation Department Scandal: 'The Public's Trust Was Betrayed'

Senator Michael Knapik (R-Westfield), a member of the bipartisan working group that recommended sweeping reforms in the wake of the state's Probation Department scandal, was recently asked to comment on the ongoing investigation.
