GOP gubernatorial candidate Charlie Baker, Senate Minority Leader Richard Tisei, and members of the Senate Republican Caucus joined Barbara Anderson of Citizens for Limited Taxation for a press conference on the State House steps Monday morning to call for an end to the "tax-first" mentality on Beacon Hill.
