Earlier today Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr was interviewed by New England Cable News Reporter Allison King regarding Governor Patrick’s latest announcement in calling for an increase in educational spending over the next several years. His plan could require as much as $1.57 billion in new revenue next year.
